1. Commission bids can be left by email only to:

2. Information needed:
Your name, address and telephone number;
Lot no., brief description + maximum bid [£].
£10 increments.
Your bids will always be acknowledged - if you do not receive an acknowledgement within 24 hours your bids have not been received.
The 'starting price' is the minimum bid.
3. Your bids will be administered so that you buy at the minimum possible price:
Example: Lot 5 - starting price £500 - your maximum bid £1000 - if there are no other bids you buy it at £500 - if another bidder bids £800, you buy it at £810.
4. You pay the price you bid - no additional charges [except shipping] - no buyers premium, commission or VAT.
5. If identical bids are received, the first one received will win.
6. Final deadline for commission bids:
Tuesday 10 September 2024 at 6 pm.
7. Photographs and descriptions of all coins are only viewable in the book/catalogue:
£25 + shipping [UK £5 - overseas £15]
8. Winning bids will be notified on or soon after 11 September - payment must be made within 5 days of notification please.
Invoices are individually typed manually
they are not sent out automatically
9. Instalment payments are usually acceptable. Terms MUST be agreed by 8 September
